How does pricing work?

You pay a flat fee per booked appointment — that's it. No retainer, no per-seat software cost. During a pilot we cover the calling costs ourselves; you only pay for meetings that land on your calendar.

What leads should I give you?

Your own opted-in leads — people who previously inquired with or bought from you and then went cold. Old quote requests, consultation forms, past customers. We do not call cold or purchased lists.

Is this compliant?

We call opted-in leads only, scrub do-not-call lists, play a recording/AI disclosure at the start of each call, and respect permitted calling hours. You warrant that the leads you share gave appropriate consent; we sign a data processing agreement covering how the data is handled.

What counts as a 'booked appointment'?

A lead who agreed during the call to a specific date and time and was sent a calendar invite. Every one is logged with a timestamp and call recording in an appointment ledger, so billing is transparent and disputes are easy to settle.

What if a meeting is a no-show?

Reminders at 24h and 1h drive show rate. If a booked meeting is a clear no-show or was mis-qualified, we book you a replacement at no extra charge rather than leaving you short.

Do I have to do anything?

Hand over the lead list and connect your calendar. We handle the calling, qualifying, booking, and reminders. You just show up to the meetings.

How do you handle my data?

We act as your data processor: we use your leads only to run the calls, apply security controls, and delete or return the data when the engagement ends. We sign a GDPR-aligned DPA before any data changes hands.

Can the AI handle objections or route to a human?

Yes. It answers questions from your knowledge base, handles common objections, and — when a person is needed — captures the caller's details and the matter, then routes it to your team for a prompt callback.

How fast can we start?

Once we have your lead list, calendar connection, and a signed agreement, a pilot can be calling within days. The pilot's job is to measure your real answer and booking rates before we scale.
