Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Founder Execute handles personal data.

Data we process for clients

When we run campaigns, we process the leads our clients provide (typically name and phone number) solely to make calls, qualify leads, and book appointments on the client's instructions. In that processing the client is the data controller and we act as their processor under a data processing agreement.

Website data

If you contact us or create an account, we process the details you submit to respond and provide the service. We do not sell personal data.

Sub-processors

We rely on service providers including AI models (OpenAI), telephony (Twilio), database (Supabase), hosting (Railway, Vercel), email (Resend), calendar (Google), and payments (Stripe). Each processes data only as needed to deliver the service. A current list with details is available in our DPA — see the Security & Trust page.

Retention

Call transcripts and related records are retained for a configurable window and then automatically redacted; anonymous metadata is kept for reporting. Lead lists are deleted or returned at the end of an engagement unless retention is legally required.

Your rights & DPA

Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. A Data Processing Agreement is available on request. Contact hello@founderexecute.com.
