These terms govern your use of the Founder Execute website and services. By creating an account or engaging our appointment-setting service you agree to them. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

The service

Founder Execute provides AI-driven outbound calling and appointment-setting. We do not guarantee any specific number of appointments; results depend on the quality of the leads you provide and market conditions.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the leads you provide were lawfully obtained and gave appropriate consent to be contacted, and for the accuracy of the information you supply. You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Fees

Fees are charged per booked appointment as set out in your engagement. Payment terms, deposits, and the definition of a billable appointment are specified in your signed services agreement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your services agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
