Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Founder Execute website and services. By creating an account or engaging our appointment-setting service you agree to them. Specific engagements are governed by a separate signed services agreement, which controls in case of conflict.

The service

Founder Execute provides an AI phone receptionist that answers inbound calls, books appointments and captures messages for practices, together with setup and ongoing optimisation. We do not guarantee any specific number of bookings; results depend on your call volume and how the service is configured.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your practice (services, hours and prices) and for ensuring you are authorised to connect your phone line and calendar. You will not use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Fees

The service is provided on a monthly subscription (retainer) as set out in your order or services agreement, which may include a one-time onboarding fee and a minimum term. Payment terms are specified in that agreement.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in your services agreement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
